Major Cases
|
Major cases refer to specific events or phenomena in Rotborough’s documented history for which the Rotborough Truth Foundation (RTF) has gathered sufficient evidence to construct a coherent and plausible narrative. Once cumulative research around a developing subject reaches the threshold of a potential case, the RTF may begin withholding select details from public release to ensure the integrity of ongoing research and to construct the most comprehensive profile possible.
This process often includes the creation of original supplementary material, such as dramatized retellings & animated reconstructions, designed to aid in both internal analysis and public understanding of the events in question.

Merchandise

Thanks to extensive efforts from our team, early this year the Rotborough Truth Foundation acquired a significant quantity of unopened Boy the Cow plush toys during recovery operation FELT (Field Extraction of Lost Toys) in southern Missouri. The toys were located in a sealed storage facility leased under a defunct shell company believed to be associated with the now-defunct RotToys manufacturing division. The warehouse, discovered by a contracted surplus locator specializing in overstock from regional toy distributors, contained multiple pallets of Boy merchandise dating back to the early 2000s.
Based on packaging artifacts and manufacturing tags, the plush toys appear to have been part of an unreleased or extremely limited retail release of Boy's Friendship Foundation merch originally distributed as promotional gifts for hospitalized children and select charity partners, in cross-promotion with Rotplay's release of My Pet Boy for the Rageboy 2000GX. Internal documents recovered from the site suggest the line was abruptly discontinued following controversy around the legitimacy of the BFFs charitable operations. While the precise reason for the plushies' abandonment remains unclear, the RTF has authenticated the toys through comparative materials analysis and confirmed their legitimacy. We are now making a limited quantity of these recovered artifacts available for public acquisition in the interest of preservation and fundraising for our continued research. Please visit the store to purchase as many as you'd like.
