Nosy Ned

Nosy Ned was an advertising campaign launched during the Rotborough Sewer Rehabilitation Plan (RSRP) spanning from the months of August-October 2004. The campaign was widely criticized as tone-deaf and dismissive, and it was ultimately regarded as a failure. Its messaging attempted to downplay local concerns and public questioning of Mayor Gray Jones’ plans to address water quality issues. Critics also argued that the campaign ignored broader controversies surrounding Jones, including allegations of financial misconduct and sexual impropriety. [see here]
