Phil Sacksman

Phil Sacksman was the first born son of Alfred Sacksman. And was generally considered by locals as the less troublesome and more successful of the two Sacksman boys. His life of affluence afforded him the same prospects and opportunities as Chet, but rather than defying them he chose to take advantage of it.
