Dr. Spinn Public Image insurance was a public relations/advertising agency in Rotborough, Missouri. While relatively obscure for most of it's existence it became known in the public eye due to the Nosy Ned ad campaigns during the RSRP initiative and its subsequent failure. The company was originally established as a sister location to Protagon Etiquette Coaching, operating primarily as an image consulting firm focused on personal and professional presentation. In its early stages, the organization's core mission centered on refining the public appearance and social comportment of its clients. However, over time, the firm underwent a strategic evolution, gradually expanding its range of services and redefining its operational scope. This transformation ultimately led to its emergence as a fully integrated public relations and image consulting agency, offering a broader suite of branding, media management, and communication strategy services to both individual and corporate clientele. One of their most notable PR projects was the Nosy Ned line of advertisements for the RSRP.
