RSRP

The RSRP was almost immediately bogged down by controversy as several people went missing prior to and upon it’s launch. Of the missing there was 2 teenage boys, a homeless man and a city inspector who initially discovered the presence of mold in the water runoff. Mayor Gray faced immediate scrutiny following these disappearances but faced little in the way of recourse. He hired civil engineer Luke LaChance as a last ditch effort to regain public support and favor but not even this could put a good face on the events surrounding what occurred during the project.
